The Wrist-o-lator
The Wrist-o-lator isn’t just for building forearm strength—it’s a versatile tool trusted by athletes and rehabilitation professionals alike. One of the many exercises possible with the Wrist-o-lator is baseball pitch simulation, allowing users to practice both curveball and fastball motions. This unique feature has even been utilized by therapists at well-known Midwest rehabilitation centers to help athletes recover and refine their skills.
Our innovative cone system adds another layer of adaptability. When the large end of the cone is closest to the spool, this is known as the “thumbs up” position: as you roll the shaft, your palms face up and your thumbs point outward, mimicking the motion of rolling the shaft up. Conversely, when the small end of the cone faces the pulley, you’re in the “thumbs down” position: your palms face down and your thumbs point inward as you roll the shaft down.
These simple adjustments allow you to target different muscle groups and movement patterns, making the Wrist-o-lator an essential tool for both performance training and rehabilitation. Whether you’re recovering from injury, improving grip strength, or perfecting your pitch, the Wrist-o-lator adapts to your needs.
